In the Group Business Risk and Compliance (BR&C) team, we are looking for a new Business Partner for the Digital Group Function, with strong digital business competence and experienced stakeholder management skills.
As a Business Partner to Group Digital, you will support the priorities of Ingka’s digital development, while ensuring that the function is proactively supported in managing risks and opportunities by having risk-based controls and maintaining compliance with Group policies and external regulations. We need you for a strong business integration of the risk and compliance framework within Group Digital and to help us secure BR&C's “right by design approach” for all our initiatives.

• If you are willing to learn and develop in Business Risk & Compliance while also contributing by leading by example and developing others,
• If you have very good coaching skills and solid experience in leading and influencing senior managers and stakeholders, matrix organizations, etc.,
• If you proactively engage with the organization and facilitate meetings and workshops that drive decision-making and business execution to reach desired outcomes,
• If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the fields of digital/technology audit, risk management, internal controls, or regulatory compliance, preferably in a multinational organization,
• If you have formal qualifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) and/or proven knowledge in digital risk management and assurance, then we need you.
Your knowledge in the Digital Organization would be very valuable to become successful in this role, and we will together develop your knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.
Last, but not least – you are an ambassador for IKEA culture and values. Whatever decisions you take, you always have those in mind.
Your responsibilities
As a Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner, you are responsible for ensuring that Group Digital and Group Business Risk & Compliance agendas are aligned.
Amongst many different tasks, you will:
• support Group Digital management and teams in risk assessment, prioritization, and follow-up on risk responses
• ensure that risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing towards strategic and tactical business objectives
• drive implementation and monitor the performance of the Ingka Business Risk & Compliance framework and practices, supporting the digital team in mitigating risks with the relevant controls by being a bridge to the internal control team
• lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mindset, raise risk awareness, and promote a risk culture that secures the right knowledge and competencies needed to become risk-aware and compliance-conscious in running business
• secure movement toward a standardized and automated way of working and strengthen cross-functional engagement within Ingka Group.
You will report to the Business Risk & Compliance Business Manager for Group BR&C, Nailia Mufazzalova.
